I work as a senior associate in the dispute resolution team of Westerberg & Partners. I represent Swedish and international clients in arbitration and litigation as well as in pre-dispute matters.
My practice covers all areas of dispute resolution, including construction, professional liability and arbitration related litigation such as set-aside and enforcement proceedings. I have experience advising clients in domestic disputes and in international arbitration.
Work highlights include representing investors in enforcement of an investment arbitration award worth USD 500+ million and representing the Swedish Sports Confederation in arbitration against the Swedish Football Association.
Before I joined Westerberg & Partners in 2021, I worked at another law firm, predominantly with tax law and tax litigation. I also served as a law clerk at Lund District Court for 18 months, where I specialized in civil procedure.
I studied law at Lund University and at University of Edinburgh.
I am a member of the Swedish Bar Association, Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS) and the Swedish Insurance Law Association. I have previously been a member of the Advisory Board of YAS and I am the current Executive Secretary of the Swedish Arbitration Association.
