I joined the firm in 2019. Before this I spent in total thirteen years at Mannheimer Swartling (nine as partner), two years at Danowsky & Partners (as associate), seven years at Vinge (four as partner) and five years at Kastell (as partner). I was head of the Intellectual Property, Media and Marketing group at, respectively, Mannheimer Swartling, Vinge and Kastell.
I have for all my career as a lawyer, starting in 1992, been specialized in Intellectual property, Media & Entertainment and Marketing Law, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters and working with clients in all industries. Within Intellectual Property law I have a particular focus on copyright and trademark law. Within Media & Entertainment my main experience lies in the film, tv, music, gambling and computer gaming industries.
Representative highlights of my work include having litigated several high-profile copyright, trademark and marketing cases and having assisted large Swedish based film production companies and major international film studios with copyright based matters in relation to film production. Other representative work highlights include having assisted companies in the technology and communication industry with strategic copyright advice, having assisted companies in various types of industries with specialist advice in relation to marketing campaigns and having provided Intellectual property, Marketing and Regulatory advice to companies in the gambling industry.
Since many years’ back I am continuously top ranked in Sweden in my specialist fields. Recent recognitions include being ranked in Band 1 for Media and in Band 2 for Intellectual Property in Chambers Europe and as a leading individual in Intellectual Property and Media in Legal 500.

I am on the Standing Committee on Copyright of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the Standing Committees for, respectively, Intellectual Property and Marketing of the ICC International Chamber of Commerce Sweden. I am a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL), the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (SFIR), the Swedish Association for Copyright (SFU) and the Swedish Association for Competition and Marketing Law (KMF). In both SFIR and AIPPI he is a member of the organization’s working group for copyright law and its working group for trademark law.
