After writing my thesis in trademark and market law, I joined the team as an associate in 2018 at another law firm, before Westerberg was founded. My work at Westerberg covers all areas of IP, with a focus on trademarks, patents, unfair marketing practices and copyrights. A significant part of my work relates to matters in the field of life sciences.
My music interest goes particularly well with practising copyright law. During my studies at Stockholm University, I worked part time at another Stockholm-based law firm which focuses on music law. In addition, prior to joining the team at Westerberg, I studied IP and international dispute settlement for a semester in Sydney, Australia. This background has provided me with solid knowledge and experience, providing a basis for further development within the different areas of law in which Westerberg practises.
I write articles for the International Law Office’s Health Care and Life Science newsletter and I am a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), SFIR (Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual property) and SFU (Swedish Association for Copyright).
