I have worked as an associate in the team since 2018. My work covers all areas of IP, with a focus on trademark and patent litigation. A significant part of my work relates to matters in the field of life sciences.
Recent work highlights include acting for a medicinal products company in trademark proceedings relating to a 3D trademark, and acting for a world leading company in the field of DNA sequencing in patent infringement and invalidity proceedings. Having a great interest in video games, another recent highlight is my work with assisting a video game studio with the legal aspects of the day-to-day work in its development of upcoming tv and video games.
I write articles for the International Law Office’s Health Care and Life Science, and Patents newsletter and I am a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), SFIR (Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual property) and SFU (Swedish Association for Copyright).
