I am an associate at Westerberg & Partners, having joined the firm in 2026. My work covers all areas of IP, including marketing law and regulatory issues.

I hold an LL.M. from Uppsala University, where I specialised in law and economics, negotiation and mediation. I wrote my master’s thesis at the National Board of Trade Sweden, examining the potential implications of the European Commission’s Omnibus IV package for small and medium-sized enterprises and small mid-cap companies, with a particular focus on the proposed changes in GDPR. During an exchange semester at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, I also completed a minor in Technology, Law & Ethics. The programme comprised five courses covering topics including AI and law, governance and regulation, and data protection.

Before joining Westerberg & Partners, I completed a six-month traineeship at Vinge’s Brussels office. During my studies, I worked as a student assistant at the Parliamentary Ombudsmen (JO) for two years and at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for one year.

I am a member of SFIR (the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), SFU (Swedish Association for Copyright) and SIJU (Swedish Association for Law and IT).
