I am a senior associate specializing in litigation with a particular focus on IP disputes, including trade secrets and marketing law. As a litigator, I mainly represent rights holders in infringement and invalidity cases and have been involved in several high-profile IP cases in the Swedish Patent and Market Courts in all fields of intellectual property law. I am an authorized UPC representative and represent clients before the UPC.
I have a particular focus on patent litigation and have been involved in several cross-border litigation cases and engaged in multi-jurisdictional coordination of patent disputes. While I assist clients across all industries, my main experience has been within the pharma industry where I also have regulatory expertise.
In addition to dispute resolution, I have a particular focus on regulatory issues relating to the gambling industry where I assist gambling companies with day-to-day compliance issues while also acting as counsel in both regulatory proceedings as well as civil court proceedings.
Recent career highlights include representing a patent holder before the CJEU regarding a cross-border jurisdictional issue, and representing several gambling companies in a number of principal pilot cases following of the deregulation of the Swedish gambling market.
Outside the office, I try to find time for the golf course or the basketball hardwood when not spending time with my young family. In addition, I am a great fan of outdoors activities and am a dedicated alpine skier, sailor and hiker.
