I am an associate at Westerberg and joined the team in 2016 at another law firm, before we formed Westerberg.
I have more than five years of experience in IP, with a particular focus on trademarks, designs and domain names. I provide legal and strategic advice related to IP for clients in Sweden and internationally. I represent clients before authorities such as the Swedish Patent and Registration Office, the EUIPO and the WIPO. My work involves drafting IP agreements, trademark availability searches, trademark portfolio management, IP due diligence and trademark prosecution in general.
I coordinate our international network of law firms to file and maintain trademark applications and registrations throughout the world. I also handle domain name disputes through alternative dispute resolution (ADR and UDRP proceedings).
I have previously worked with IP at a large international law firm and I have been on secondment to a leading global consumer appliance company assisting their trademark group.
I enjoy keeping myself updated on recent developments in the constantly developing area of IP. I work closely with our clients and help to maximize the business value of their IP portfolio. I represent clients ranging from large multinational corporations to individual entrepreneurs, artists and owners of creative works.
I am a member of INTA and SFIR.
