My practice is focused on copyright and related rights, trademarks and design, unfair marketing and trade secrets. I regularly represent clients before national and international courts and IP offices in litigation concerning IP infringement, trade secret misappropriation, counterfeiting, parallel trade and marketing disputes. I also coordinate international rights enforcement in the Nordics and provide strategic and commercial IP advice to clients in a wide range of industries and sectors, including entertainment and media, pharma, fashion, gambling, retail and IT.

I graduated from Lund University in 2009 and am a member of the Swedish Bar Association. I am currently a board member of the Swedish Anti-Counterfeiting Group (SACG) and a previous board member of AIPPI Sweden. I regularly lecture in copyright and trademark law at Stockholm, Uppsala and Lund University and speak and write on a wide variety of IP topics whenever and wherever an opportunity presents.

- Litigation on behalf of a Swedish fintech company in the largest trade secrets and copyright infringement case in Swedish history.
- For the first time, successfully claiming copyright protection for the appearance of a website and infringement in litigation on behalf of a Swedish e-commerce actor.
- Litigation on behalf of a Swedish venture capital corporation before the Swedish Supreme Court on the intersection between family names, company names and trademarks.
