I am an IP litigator specialised on patents and trade secrets.
I assist clients in all sectors and fields of technology. With a background in commercial litigation and arbitration, I additionally specialise on disputes in the intersection of IP law and contractual law, such as license agreements disputes. The disputes in which I act are regularly part of larger pan-European litigation carried out together and in coordination with counsel from other jurisdictions.
I have had the privilege of undergoing the Swedish Arbitration Association’s arbitrator training programme and have been entrusted to sit as an arbitrator. While my focus is on contentious work, I also advise on non-contentious matters within my fields. I am a member of the European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW), the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Swedish Arbitration Association (SAA) and various Swedish associations for IP lawyers.
