I joined the team at Westerberg as partner in 2022 after several years of practice at other established law firms in Stockholm. I have profound experience within the field of dispute resolution and providing advice regarding intellectual property rights. Looking back, I tend to thrive in disputes relating to patents or other general commercial disputes with a clear technical angle.
Before joining Westerberg, I have worked with IP for more than 15 years both in courts, as counsel within the industry (a collective rights management organisation for music in Sweden) and at different law firms. In my work, I am diligent and analytical with a clear dedication to provide the client with the best strategy and assistance to achieve its goals. I enjoy diving into new technical fields, and I have, in particular, experience from the life sciences sector.
