I am an associate who joined Westerberg & Partners in 2022 and my work covers all areas of IP.
Prior to joining the team, I served as a law clerk at Stockholm District Court for two and a half years, including 17 months at the Patent and Market Court.
I hold an LL.M. from Stockholm University. During my studies I specialized in intellectual property law and information technology (IT) law. My thesis was about creative artificial intelligence and copyright issues. I have also studied EU competition law and constitutional law during an exchange semester at University of Amsterdam.
I am a member of SFIR (Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual property) and SFU (Swedish Association for Copyright).
