I first joined Westerberg & Partners in 2019 as a summer trainee and then as a legal trainee in the IP team to continue as an associate in 2020.
I have studied international trade law and economics during an exchange semester at Macquarie University in Sydney and graduated with an LL.M. from Stockholm University in 2020. My thesis was about online copyright infringement and dynamic blocking injunctions against internet service providers as a result of the infringements. I chose the topic due to my special interest in entertainment and copyright related matters.
My work covers all areas of IP law and regulatory matters mainly related to life sciences, food stuffs, alcohol and tobacco. I write articles for the International Law Office and I am a member of AIPPI, SIJU, SFU and SFIR.
